Curbside Pickup at Keoughs

At Keough’s Paint and Hardware, we are committed to keeping our customers safe and giving them the best shopping experience possible. For that reason, we are offering all of our customers the ability to skip the store and have their orders delivered directly to their vehicle. 

To take advantage of our curbside pickup, follow these instructions below: 

For Online Order Pickup

1.        Place your online order and select our FREE Ship To Store shipping option.

2.        Once your order arrives at our store, we will notify you via email that it is ready for pickup.

3.        Once you receive that email and are ready to pick it up, call our store at (203)544-8379 and let us know you’d like your order brought to your car.

4.        Drive to the store at 1 Ethan Allen Highway Ridgefield CT 06877

5.        Once you arrive, park near the entrance and call our store number again to let us know you have arrived.

6.        We’ll bring your order out to you, and that’s it!

For Phone-in Orders

1.        Call our store at (203) 544-8379  to request curbside pick-up.  We will take your information and place your order in the order it was taken. Depending on how busy the store is we could have to call you back to process the order.

2.        We will give you an expected time for your order to be ready and process your payment.

3.        Once that predetermined time arrives, drive to the store at 1 Ethan Allen Highway Ridgefield CT,06877.

4.        Once you arrive, park near the entrance and call our store number again to let us know you have arrived.

5.        We’ll bring your order out to you. That’s it!
